Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming insurance service requests, including renewals and policy changes, while providing excellent customer service
• Review client accounts for discounts and coverage recommendations, ensuring proper insurance limits
• Assist sales agents and maintain effective relationships with underwriters and clients

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor of Science degree; High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in insurance sales
• Prior experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance sales focused on Personal Lines
• Active P&C insurance license required
• Working knowledge of Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems
