Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - 340B.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate 340B records, policies, and procedures to support internal and external audits
• Monitor purchasing, inventory, and dispensing practices to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts
• Analyze 340B utilization and savings data to identify opportunities for program optimization

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions
• Knowledge of state and local regulations
• Hospital experience or residency preferred
• License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required
