Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for Medicaid providers and members, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Pharmacy Specialist will manage pharmacy claims processing remotely, ensuring timely access to medications by troubleshooting issues and collaborating with pharmacies across North Dakota.

Key responsibilities

• Process and troubleshoot pharmacy claims for Medicaid providers and members
• Collaborate with pharmacies to resolve claims issues and ensure accurate reimbursements
• Enter authorizations for medications and prepare reports for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Completion of some college coursework or a licensed pharmacy technician certification
• At least 4 years of experience in submitting or processing pharmacy or medical claims
• Proficiency in navigating pharmacy software and troubleshooting technical issues
