Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze child welfare services to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Conduct interviews with families and agencies, complete assessments, and assign ratings based on data
• Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement efforts within the Child and Family Services section

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, or criminal justice
• Three years of professional work experience as a social worker or child welfare case manager
• Child Welfare certification is preferred
• A master's degree in a relevant field may substitute for one year of work experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
