Job Summary
To support a dynamic Internal Medicine team, the full-time North Dakota Licensed RN will coordinate patient care, conduct assessments, and educate patients while working in a hybrid environment after an initial in-clinic orientation period.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate care and collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to implement and evaluate patient care
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, and provide various nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards and nursing practice regulations
Required qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications
- Experience in nursing practice relevant to the role is preferred
- Must reside within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND
