Job Summary

To support a comprehensive Internal Medicine team, the full-time North Dakota Licensed RN will coordinate patient care, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely after an initial in-clinic orientation, residing within 60 miles of Bismarck, ND.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate care across specialty and primary care teams to ensure a positive patient experience
• Conduct patient assessments, education, and triage, implementing nursing interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or possesses multistate licensure if applicable
• Must obtain and maintain required department-specific licensure, competencies, and certifications
• Experience in nursing practice is preferred and may influence wage range
