Job Summary

To support a growing Urology Clinic, the full-time North Dakota Licensed RN will respond to patient inquiries, assess concerns, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely after an initial in-clinic orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages regarding Urology concerns and follow-up care
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate information, recommendations, or instructions according to clinic protocols
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care plans

Required qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
• One year of healthcare experience preferred
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or multistate licensure if applicable
• Ability to complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment
• Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
