Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health and human services related field
• Completion of NCQA Patient Center Medical Home Content Expert Certification (PCMH CEC) upon employment
• Prior knowledge of clinical processes and quality improvement is beneficial
• Ability to self-motivate in a remote work environment
• Comfortable managing rapid changes and multitasking effectively
