Northeast Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to support a group of Loan Officers in the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial documentation and manage the loan pipeline, ensuring timely submission to Underwriting
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience with CHFA products and processing Conventional and Government loans
• Able to manage a pipeline of 50+ loans and fund at least 20 loans per month
• Familiarity with loan origination systems, preferably Byte
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
