Northeast Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and ongoing treatment for a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder
• Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, and manage treatment initiation and stabilization
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state; eligible for multi-state licensure
• At least 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine in relevant medical settings
• Experience with telehealth is preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call coverage, including holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
