Northeast Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in clinical meetings for quality improvement
• Utilize a web-based EMR platform to manage patient care and coordinate additional services

Required Qualifications

• Valid medical license and DEA license in the home state; eligible for multiple state licenses
• At least 1 year of experience prescribing Buprenorphine in relevant medical settings
• Telehealth experience is preferred
• Experience with motivational interviewing is preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
