Northeast Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage a panel of adult patients with Opioid Use Disorder through telemedicine
• Provide diagnosis and treatment for Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Collaborate with the clinical team and participate in quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in the home state
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience
• Telehealth experience is preferred
• Ability to share on-call responsibilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
