Northeast Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) in the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder
• Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, managing treatment and follow-up
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in clinical meetings and practice improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in home state, with eligibility for multiple states
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical environments
• Telehealth experience is preferred
• Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including coverage for holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
