Job Summary

Providing exceptional psychiatric care through telehealth, the Northern Mariana Islands Licensed PMHNP will manage patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers in a fully remote, full-time or part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis for various mental health conditions
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy
• Utilize evidence-based protocols and collaborate with psychiatrists for optimal patient care

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
• Comfort with remote care delivery and electronic health record systems
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
