Job Summary

A company is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Onboarding Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international portfolios of shift-based businesses, focusing on Norwegian customers
• Provide customers with the knowledge to simplify their scheduling and HR management processes
• Facilitate custom Planday implementation, product setup, and ongoing support for new customers

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Norwegian
• Minimum one year of experience in a Customer Support or Onboarding role
• Understanding of IT systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong time management skills and a driven, creative mindset
• Ability to work independently while sharing knowledge with others
