Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOSC Analyst Dayshift Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Monitor the enterprise infrastructure and engage support teams for incident resolution
Supervise a small team of technicians and maintain support documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; OR
High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring and management solutions
