Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to the VP and Directors
  • Manage meeting planning and logistics, including agendas and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Current Notary Public commission or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience in processing invoices and managing purchase orders
  • Ability to manage high-volume physical mail and coordinate sensitive document distribution
