Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the VP and Directors
- Manage meeting planning and logistics, including agendas and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Current Notary Public commission or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Experience in processing invoices and managing purchase orders
- Ability to manage high-volume physical mail and coordinate sensitive document distribution
