Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Consultant-Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of corporate governance operations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Draft meeting agendas, resolutions, and manage board meeting materials
  • Review governance policies and recommend changes to enhance best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; paralegal or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
  • Commissioned Notary Public required
  • Five years of experience in a corporate governance role or equivalent experience
  • Experience engaging with board members and senior executives on governance matters
  • Experience with Diligent Boards strongly preferred
