A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Consultant-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of corporate governance operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Draft meeting agendas, resolutions, and manage board meeting materials
- Review governance policies and recommend changes to enhance best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; paralegal or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
- Commissioned Notary Public required
- Five years of experience in a corporate governance role or equivalent experience
- Experience engaging with board members and senior executives on governance matters
- Experience with Diligent Boards strongly preferred
