Job Summary

A company is looking for a Land Representative to support land acquisition and stakeholder engagement activities across Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute land and right-of-way acquisition projects, ensuring compliance with project objectives
• Provide regular updates and maintain detailed records of correspondence and activities
• Negotiate terms with stakeholders and coordinate with public and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in land, real estate, appraisal, or community relations roles
• A degree or diploma in land management, real estate, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in interpreting legislation, legal documents, and engineering drawings
• A valid G Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset
