Job Summary

A company is looking for a NowAssist Developer who will manage configuration, testing, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment for all project phases
• Set up and configure the NowAssist plugin, including AI Search and access control
• Develop and document use case configurations, testing plans, and post-deployment reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• 1-2 years of hands-on Generative AI implementation experience
• Core certifications: CAD and CAS in at least two modules
• AI certifications: Now Assist for Creator Professional and Generative AI Fundamentals
