Job Summary
Leading cross-functional program teams, the full-time NPI Operations Program Manager will manage production ramp activities, ensure operational transitions meet program goals, and coordinate with internal and external partners in a remote-eligible position based in Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams to prepare for production ramp or product transitions
- Plan and execute operations development activities to ensure production transitions meet cost, quality, and capacity parameters
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners, focusing on material availability and transition plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience in networking, cloud, or data center environments
- Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware
- Knowledge of vendor management, cost control, and quality/reliability processes
