Job Summary

A company is looking for a NPWT Customer Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigning and setting up new customer accounts and maintaining existing customer files
  • Reviewing patient paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ordering home wound care supplies and monitoring usage at the account

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous work experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare DME Guidelines is a plus
