NQE Pricing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NQE Pricing Specialist to manage the pricing and rate-lock process for Non-QM mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Non-QM rate lock desk, including issuing confirmations and tracking expirations
• Assess and price exception scenarios while collaborating with Credit and Underwriting teams
• Analyze loan-level risk characteristics and ensure compliance with pricing standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Non-QM pricing or rate lock desk operations
• Advanced experience with Non-QM guidelines and borrower risk evaluation
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and LoanSifter
• Familiarity with Encompass loan origination system
