NRC Compliant IT Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support compliance with NRC regulations, the full-time remote NRC Compliant IT Operations Lead will manage the execution of IT operations, focusing on security architecture and controlled data management across cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate IT components of the export-controls program while maintaining controlled-data architecture
• Run auditable IT controls aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and manage the company's SaaS portfolio security
• Oversee IT help desk operations, incident response, and disaster recovery processes

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role and experience in a cloud-first environment
• Hands-on knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, and GCP
• Experience with controlled-data segregation in regulated environments such as NRC or DOE
• Proficiency in operating SSO across a SaaS portfolio
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response protocols
