NRC Licensed Reactor Inspector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Oversight Engineer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procedures for regulatory oversight of nuclear construction activities
• Perform technical inspection oversight for construction of advanced reactor units
• Identify issues of concern and proactively communicate findings to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
• Prior experience as a qualified NRC reactor inspector
• Strong knowledge of nuclear regulations, codes, and standards
• Ability to work independently with a high level of technical judgment
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline preferred
