NSA Refund Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NSA Refund Compliance Manager to oversee refund compliance operations and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Refund Compliance Supervisor and Team Leads to ensure compliant processing of refund transactions
• Analyze client data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff while establishing team performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of refund or revenue cycle experience
• 2+ years of experience with the No Surprise Act (NSA)
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing supervisors or team leads
