NSA Refund Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing daily refund operations, the full-time NSA Refund Compliance Supervisor will manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure accurate and compliant processing of refund transactions while supporting process improvements and maintaining accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team, ensuring accurate execution of daily workflows
• Review journal entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and standardization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of refund or revenue cycle experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, including oversight of supervisors or team leads
• 1+ years of experience with the No Surprise Act is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
