NSQIP Bariatric Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of clinical registry projects, the full-time NSQIP Bariatric Project Manager will coordinate operations, provide training to Data Abstractors, and ensure high-quality data abstraction while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages abstracting and registry operations in compliance with regulatory agencies
• Conducts staff training on data abstraction software and monitors validation compliance
• Prepares and submits weekly reports on project activities and maintains project documentation

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of NSQIP registry abstraction and database management experience with current NSQIP certification
• At least 1 year of MBSAQIP Bariatric registry abstraction experience with current MBSCR certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data abstraction software systems
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• At least 1 year of quality management experience in a health-related field is preferred
