Job Summary
Detail-oriented and systems-driven, the remote Nuclear Document Control Specialist will manage document lifecycle processes, support EDRMS administration, and ensure compliance with NQA-1 requirements while facilitating coordination between engineering teams and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer document lifecycle processes, including creation, review, approval, and archival
- Support implementation and ongoing administration of the EDRMS platform, including configuring workflows and access controls
- Process and maintain quality assurance records in accordance with NQA-1 requirements, ensuring audit readiness
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in document control, records management, or QA support within a regulated industry
- Hands-on experience with an EDRMS or enterprise document management system
- Familiarity with NQA-1 compliance and quality assurance standards such as 10 CFR 50 Appendix B
- Experience managing controlled documents and developing structured documentation frameworks
- Strong document editing and formatting skills, particularly with Microsoft Word
