Job Summary

A company is looking for a Refueling & Remote Handling Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of solutions for complex problems in fuel and reactor module handling
• Provide system engineering input for remotely operated and controlled reactor servicing tools
• Prepare and review engineering reports and design documents focused on reactor servicing tooling

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in designing mechanical handling systems
• Proficiency in planning and reviewing mechanical design documents
• Experience in a nuclear environment is a plus
• Eligibility to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
