Nuclear Engineer Level 4

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer, Nuclear Level 4 Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical interface with engineering firms on project development and prepare/review engineering documents
• Prepare stand-alone electrical calculations and procurement specifications in accordance with industry standards
• Review and verify design output documents, including design changes and specifications developed internally

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; PE preferred or may substitute for degree
• At least 12 years of nuclear experience in US nuclear power plants
• Experience in power systems engineering, specifically with molded case circuit breakers, motor starters, and related equipment
• Preferred experience as a cognizant/oversight engineer or in engineering project management
• 15+ years of relevant nuclear engineering or related experience with expertise in plant operations
