Nuclear Engineering Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Consultant 2 in the Nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support controls projects, focusing on technical execution and project management
• Develop digital systems design and prepare functional requirements for nuclear plant control systems
• Interface with clients and vendors to ensure project execution and compliance with specifications

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• 10+ years of experience in I&C Design Engineering, with at least 5 years in a nuclear facility
• PE license is preferred
• Experience in serving as a client liaison in an engineering role
• Knowledgeable about equipment and pre-engineered systems for executing systems design
