Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reload Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform core design and analysis activities, including fuel management and sensitivity studies
• Design and analyze new systems to address complex reactor design challenges
• Establish and maintain documentation of analysis results and neutronic design solutions

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience; M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
• Knowledge of nuclear reactor design concepts and engineering code review
• Expertise in core design and analysis, including reactivity coefficients and uncertainty analysis
• Proficiency with nuclear engineering software such as DIF3D, MCNP, and SCALE
• Experience with commercial reactor reload analysis is strongly preferred
