Nuclear Engineering Program Developer

Job Summary

Focusing on the development of engineering programs for advanced nuclear reactor projects, the contract Nuclear Engineering Program Developer will create procedures and coordinate with a diverse design team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering program documents to support the long-term operation of nuclear power plants
• Coordinate with a geographically diverse design team to develop and review supporting plant procedures
• Provide inputs on plant level and system level requirements related to operations and maintenance activities

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline
• 7+ years of direct experience in commercial nuclear engineering programs
• Experience developing nuclear plant engineering programs and procedures
• 5+ years of direct experience in commercial nuclear engineering design (preferred)
• Strong understanding of nuclear regulations and industry documents
