Nuclear Engineering Program Developer

Job Summary

Focusing on the development of nuclear power plant engineering programs, the contract Nuclear Engineering Program Developer will create procedures and coordinate with a diverse engineering team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engineering program documents to support the long-term operation of nuclear power plants
• Review and coordinate procedures with a geographically diverse design team
• Provide inputs on plant and system level requirements related to operations and maintenance activities

Required qualifications

• B.S. degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline
• 7+ years of direct experience in commercial nuclear engineering programs
• Experience developing nuclear plant engineering programs and procedures
• Senior Reactor Operator qualification or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of nuclear regulations and plant work control processes
