Nuclear Engineering Training Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I&C Engineering Training & Development Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of engineering training and qualification programs in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Ensure training activities meet NRC and INPO requirements, and support audits and inspections
• Identify engineering skill gaps and develop technical qualification programs, integrating industry insights into training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design and training delivery
• Understanding of learning management systems
• Prior experience in nuclear training or engineering leadership is preferred
