Nuclear IST Program Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inservice Testing (IST) Program Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply IST engineering expertise to develop inspection and testing strategies for ASME Code Class pumps and valves
• Monitor regulatory trends and ensure compliance with industry standards for the IST program
• Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify support opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in the nuclear industry, with a minimum of 2 years in IST
• Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and documentation for nuclear plant design and licensing
• Understanding of nuclear power plant design and operations
• Familiarity with work order planning and outage scoping processes at nuclear power plants
