Nuclear Maintenance Developer

Job Summary

To develop and implement Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training programs, the contract Nuclear Maintenance Developer will work remotely, focusing on creating training materials and processes that comply with regulatory standards and enhance the skills of mechanical personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute M&T training processes, ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and INPO accreditation criteria
• Create high-quality training curriculum and revise programs based on plant design changes and regulatory updates
• Prepare evaluation materials and maintain auditable training records, participating in audits and responding to findings

Required qualifications

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Extensive knowledge in designing and implementing M&T training programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in training on nuclear plant mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, and turbines
• Strong technical writing and communication skills with a focus on training excellence
