Nuclear Maintenance Trainer

Job Summary

To develop and implement comprehensive training programs, the contract Nuclear Maintenance & Training Developer will work remotely, focusing on creating Maintenance & Technical training processes and materials while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Maintenance & Technical training programs and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Execute training program accreditation strategies using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
• Prepare and evaluate trainee examination materials and performance evaluations across various training environments

Required qualifications

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in a nuclear mechanical maintenance discipline or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Extensive knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing Maintenance & Technical training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in training and instruction on nuclear plant mechanical systems
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures while ensuring training excellence
