Job Summary

A company is looking for a Natrium Maintenance Developer/Instructor (Mechanical).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training programs and materials for mechanical maintenance personnel
  • Conduct hands-on training exercises and evaluate trainee proficiency in mechanical systems
  • Coordinate with various departments and organizations to ensure compliance and effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in commercial power plant nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
  • Mastery of skills in developing and modifying Maintenance & Technical training programs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
  • High degree of trust and integrity with a focus on teamwork
