Job Summary
A company is looking for a Natrium Maintenance Developer/Instructor (Mechanical).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute training programs and materials for mechanical maintenance personnel
- Conduct hands-on training exercises and evaluate trainee proficiency in mechanical systems
- Coordinate with various departments and organizations to ensure compliance and effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in commercial power plant nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
- Mastery of skills in developing and modifying Maintenance & Technical training programs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
- High degree of trust and integrity with a focus on teamwork
