Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Designs and conducts hands-on training exercises and evaluations for mechanical systems maintenance
• Coordinates with various departments to enhance training programs and prepares examination materials for trainees

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2 years of experience in nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Mastery of skills in developing and evaluating Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in technical writing and presentation
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
