Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes, programs, and procedures for Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Designs and conducts hands-on training exercises and evaluates trainees' mechanical proficiency
• Coordinates with management and other organizations to improve training programs and prepares examination materials for trainees

Required Qualifications and Education

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, and implementation of M&T training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
• High degree of trust and integrity with a focus on teamwork
