Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Maintenance & Technical training programs ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Designs and conducts practical training exercises to enhance mechanical maintenance skills
• Evaluates trainees' proficiency through assessments and maintains training records

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience
• Strong knowledge in the analysis, design, and implementation of training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
• High degree of trust, integrity, and teamwork orientation
