Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training processes and programs in compliance with regulatory standards
• Designs and conducts hands-on training exercises and evaluates trainees' mechanical proficiency
• Coordinates with various departments and prepares training performance evaluations and examination materials

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in a nuclear mechanical maintenance discipline
• 4 years or more of military nuclear experience
• Extensive knowledge in the development and implementation of M&T training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
