Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Mechanical Maintenance Developer/Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Maintenance & Technical (M&T) training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Designs and conducts hands-on training exercises and evaluates trainees' mechanical proficiency
• Coordinates with management and other organizations to improve training programs and prepares trainee evaluation materials

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial power plant experience in a nuclear mechanical maintenance discipline
• Military nuclear experience of 4 years or more
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of M&T training programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
