Nuclear Plant Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Plant Integration Engineer for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement design bases and strategies for plant design and licensing activities
• Develop and maintain plant level and system level requirements and specification documents
• Coordinate with multi-system integrated analyses and support design reviews and resolution of technical issues

Required Qualifications

• M.S. degree in Civil/Mechanical engineering or equivalent or higher
• 10+ years of project experience on large, complex projects
• Experience with new nuclear power plant design projects
• Experience with risk-informed performance-based methodologies for external hazard design
• Familiarity with commercial and nuclear codes and standards
