Nuclear Plant Integration Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Advanced Reactor Demonstration project, the contract Nuclear Plant Integration Engineer will coordinate the development and management of test abstracts and specifications, ensuring timely documentation and serving as a liaison between design and operations teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between reactor/plant design groups and the Commissioning/Operations team
• Coordinates the creation of test abstracts and specifications to support commissioning/startup operations
• Develops and trains system design engineers on authoring test documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in hardware or reactor plant testing
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive test documentation
• Experience with design engineering and systems engineering
• Ability to review design documents and translate them into test specifications
