Job Summary
To support risk-informed initiatives in the nuclear sector, the part-time Nuclear PRA Engineer will apply industry standards, perform detailed analyses, and collaborate with clients and engineering teams to ensure project success.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of ASME/ANS PRA Standards and related NRC Regulatory Guides
- Ensure projects are executed within planned scope, budget, and schedule
- Build strong client relationships through professional interactions and quality engineering deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- At least 6 years of experience in the nuclear industry
- Understanding of Level 1 and Level 2 PRA tasks and external events analysis
- Experience with EPRI Risk & Reliability software and codes
- Familiarity with NRC governing codes and standards
