Nuclear Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Controls in the nuclear energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities across the nuclear plant development lifecycle, integrating schedules and EVM reporting
• Provide governance for the PMO's Project Controls program and ensure consistency in best practices
• Oversee project schedules and manage cost and schedule risks while supporting funding authorization efforts

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in project cost and schedule management, with supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS standards and experience establishing compliant EVMS systems
• Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project scheduling platforms
• Experience with earned value management software systems and reporting tools like Power BI
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
