Nuclear Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support engineering design activities, the contract Nuclear Project Coordinator will manage project coordination, interface with multiple engineering teams, and facilitate work planning and staffing remotely from Bellevue, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering design activities and facilitate work planning and staffing for reactor systems and integrations
• Manage project cost, schedule, and scope execution while addressing deviations and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Develop detailed schedules for technical work and forecast resource needs to meet project milestones

Required qualifications

• B.S. or higher in a relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university
• 4+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in the nuclear field
• PMP certification strongly desired
• Proven experience managing engineering activities, including systems engineering or nuclear design processes
• Strong knowledge of technical schedule management and project reporting tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
